2. Our Role as a Travel Advisor

Acquazul Travel acts as an independent travel advisor. We design itineraries, make recommendations, and coordinate bookings on your behalf with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other travel suppliers.

We do not own, operate, or control the services provided by these suppliers.

3. Supplier Terms

All bookings are subject to the terms, conditions, and policies of the travel suppliers involved, including but not limited to:

  • cancellation policies

  • change fees

  • refund rules

  • documentation requirements

  • health and safety protocols

By confirming a booking, you agree to comply with the supplier’s policies.

4. Payments

Payments Through Fora or Other Platforms
 

Payments may be processed through Fora or other secure third‑party platforms. These platforms handle your payment information independently and according to their own privacy and security policies. Acquazul Travel does not receive or store your full credit card details.
 

Bank Transfers (Mercury)
 

If you choose to pay via bank transfer, payments are processed through our business account at Mercury Bank. We do not store your banking information beyond what is necessary to confirm receipt.
 

Pricing
 

Prices are subject to change until full payment is received and confirmed by the supplier.

5. Cancellations, Changes & Refunds

All cancellations, modifications, and refund requests are governed by the policies of the travel suppliers. Acquazul Travel is not responsible for:

  • supplier‑imposed penalties

  • non‑refundable deposits

  • fare differences

  • denied refund requests

We will assist you in communicating with suppliers, but final decisions are made by them.

6. Travel Documentation

You are responsible for ensuring that you have valid travel documents, including:

  • passport

  • visas

  • entry permits

  • vaccination requirements

Acquazul Travel is not liable for denied boarding or entry due to incomplete or invalid documentation.

7. Travel Risks

Travel involves inherent risks. By booking through Acquazul Travel, you acknowledge that:

  • weather, strikes, political events, or operational issues may affect your trip

  • suppliers may modify schedules, routes, or services

  • delays, cancellations, or disruptions may occur

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment.

8. Limitation of Liability

Acquazul Travel is not responsible for:

  • acts or omissions of travel suppliers

  • personal injury, loss, damage, or delays

  • errors or changes made by airlines, hotels, or operators

  • force majeure events

Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

9. Website Use

You agree not to misuse our website or attempt to access restricted areas. All content on this site—including text, images, and branding—is the property of Acquazul Travel and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

10. Privacy

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
